Highly recommended
Soft, light and easy to wear
The twists had the fluffy texture I saved without becoming bulky at the roots. The length and brown blend were both right.
Not recommended
Too much tension
My scalp was sore for days afterwards and I mentioned it during the appointment. The look itself was fine but it was not worth the discomfort.

Ran very late and felt rushed
I waited over an hour past my slot and the last part of the service was hurried. The finish looked uneven by the next morning.
