Highly recommended
I booked balayage in Manchester after comparing the portfolio. The result matched the listing well, communication was clear, and the finish was easy to judge from the saved photos.
Highly recommended
The saved portfolio made it clear what knotless braids would look like on real clients. The appointment stayed close to the reference and the aftercare advice was specific enough to follow at home.
Not recommended
We talked through the look at the start, but the finished style was noticeably different and there was no time left to fix it. I left feeling rushed.
Generally recommended
Most of the look was right, though the length came out a little shorter than I asked for. Friendly and tidy otherwise.
